Taskut organized a survey of more than 280 Finnish decision-makers’ thoughts on utilizing digital marketing channels from 2012 to 2014. Results indicate that companies have a real opportunity to increase the impact of their communications by better studying what their customers need.

It’s fairly easy to make a comment about those, and that’s it then. Changing our own activities is much harder.
